1: Pricing. Designer Haven reserves the right to determine prices for all Sale Items in its sole discretion based on comparable prices for items of the same or similar style and condition. Prices for Sale Items are not guarantees of future payment amounts. Designer Haven may, at any time, revise or change the pricing, availability, specifications, content, descriptions or features of any products sold or services offered through the Services. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on the Services, or the Services, at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. All such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting of such new product prices to the Services and/or upon making the customer aware of the pricing error.
2: Consignment Fees. Designer Haven will take as fees the following percentages from the proceeds of the sale of your Consignment Items:
1: 30% of the sale price
2: We may change these fees from time to time by posting the changes on the Website or by otherwise providing written notice to you of such changes.
3: Discounts. Designer Haven reserves the right to discount the sale price of unsold Sale Items in accordance with the following schedule:
1: 10% discount if unsold after thirty (30) days;
1: 20% discount if unsold after sixty (60) days; and
1: 30% if unsold after ninety (90) days.
4: Upon the sale of Seller’s item Designer Haven shall issue a payment via check or electronic fund transfer for proceeds of the sale less Designer Haven’s commission.
5: Payment to seller shall be made within seven (7) days.
6: All items will be in Designer Haven’s possession for 120 days, and will not be returned to Seller before the end of that term. Items that do not sell within 120 days will be returned to the Seller.
